Exchanges

  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Intercidade hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Jewelry cannot be returned.
  • Free returns.

Refunds and Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Gift Card

  • Gift Cards can only be used online at our website, www.icintercidade.com.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Gift Card money never expires.
  • Gift Card money is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • To view your Store Credit Balance, log into your Intercidade account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
